CAN I CUSTOMIZE MY BALLOONS?

yes of course! We offer all different kinds of Customization from custom vinyl lettering, custom double stuffed colors, custom tassels and much more!

WHAT KIND OF BALLOONS DO YOU USE?

we use very high quality balloons that are also made of 100% biodegradable latex. These balloons are coated in a special glue that keeps the life of these balloons! Balloons displays filled with regular air lasting anywhere from 1-3 months in appropriate conditions! Helium is very sensitive to heat and cold meaning the life of helium arrangement dose vary.

HOW DO BALLOONS DO OUTDOOR?

that Arizona heat dose sometimes put a damper on things, especially in the summer months I will always recommend balloons be installed out of direct sunlight and lighter colors always do best! Other then extreme heat balloons filled with regular air these balloons do amazing outdoor!

CANCELATIONS

All deposits payed to reserve your date are non refundable however can be credited to another event if you need to reschedule up to 4 days in advance! Anything after 4 days before your event  will not be credited to anything.

DO YOU COME BACK AND TAKE DOWN? 
for an extra striking fee yes.

DISCLAIMER 

i can not guarantee your balloons will last once delivered. Things like weather, hit cars, rain, wind, toddlers, animals, tree branches, and other factors I can not control may pop your balloons! If I ruin your balloon(s) it will be replaced or A refund will be issued.
